Drew Carey wants publicity so he is offering $1M to Livestrong in order to get 1M followers.

This is a great publicity stunt for everyone involved [twitter, drew carey, livestrong, drew olanoff : in that order]

I would bet $101 to Livestrong that one million people will not follow @drewfromtv unless twitter puts him on the Suggested User List [where every new twitter member accidentally/intentionally follow ppl]

I hope to be proven wrong.
