You are supposed to tag yourself with likes, interests, neighborhoods you visit.
Ex. My tags:
You can discover ppl in your neighborhood or ppl with similar interests.
My favorite part is that ppls profiles are anonymous except for their pics + tags.
The service is brand spanking new but you should take it for a spin.
